Villa Unlimited delivers unlimited smiles from the moment you walk through the door. Positioned to maximise the village and sea views, the villa optimises every view from each and every room and terraces. The villa offers five spacious bedrooms (all en suite) and the living accommodation features high vaulted ceilings and impressive floor to ceiling windows which appear to invite you towards the sun deck and infinity pool and bring the outside inside (and visa versa)
The whole villa is decorated in a stylish and contemporary style and there are areas for relaxing as a group or small seating areas to relax if you need to some quieter time.
The large kitchen is modern and cleverly designed to be nestle within the open plan living area but also contained so as not to take up the large living space
Outside the sun deck contains a larger 20 mtrs long infinity pool (which can be heated if needed) and a children’s pool and a Jacuzzi pool. The surrounding terraces has ample sun loungers for relaxing and plenty of shady areas if required

Villa Unlimited 1 is a stunning villa with fantastic views over Kalkan bay and a large pool and terrace area.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and has been furnished in a luxurious and contemporary style. Villa Unlimited 1 is conveniently situated, with the centre of Kalkan town being an approximate 10-15 minute walk away. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area features floor to ceiling windows and the open gallery in the middle that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with top quality appliances such as a large american style fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
The dining area seats 10 guests at the table.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flat screen TV and DVD player. Each of the 6 bedrooms has fabulous views and an en-suite bath/shower room (two of the double bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths (1 interior 1 exterior). There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin. The villa's infinity-edged pool is one of the largest in the town and features a shallow section (into which sun-loungers can be placed to allow sun-worshippers to cool off while soaking up the rays) plus a Jacuzzi section and a large child pool. The surrounding terrace is spacious and has ample sun-loungers and parasols. An al-fresco dining area is also provided (seats 10 guests)
