Villa Samira3 is a 3 bedroom property in Kiziltas, just a 10-minute walk from Kalkan centre.

3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), Samira Villa offers amazing sea and mountain views and provides modern and spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests. Guests at these villas have full use of all facilities at the nearby Samira Hotel including pool, bar, restaurant, money exchange, and 24-hour reception.

Samira Villa is one of 4 near-identical 'Samira Villas' all in the same location. The 4 villas offer an ideal opportunity for a larger group or family and friends to holiday together whilst also having your own space.

The villas have been designed to a very high standard to offer bright, comfortable and contemporary accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need if you choose to self-cater, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Entrance to the property is via a private garden area. 

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Ground floor:

On the ground floor, there is an open plan living area which includes a dining area with seating for up to eight guests. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable L shape sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and you have access to the pool and sun terrace through the large glass sliding doors. On this floor, there is also a WC.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, a wardrobe and dressing table, the master also has its own balcony and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2:

Bedroom 2 is a double-bedded room with bedside units, a balcony, wardrobe, dressing table, and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3:

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with bedside units, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. From this room, you have is access to a roof top plunge pool and spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers & parasols.

Outside space:

Guests have use of a private pool and a spacious terrace, with a dining table and chairs with a large parasol; perfect for al-fresco dining. In addition, there is an Ottoman seating area with pergola, eight sun loungers, 3 parasols, a hammock.

Additional Information:

• Shower towels are provided for guests but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
• Guests staying in the Samira Villas are able to use the resort facilities; 24 hour reception, breakfast (30TL per person for English Breakfast and 25TL per person for Turkish open buffet), lunch (prices in resort), dinner (prices in resort), money exchange, communal pool and games lands.
