The accommodation is cleverly spread over four floors. This lovely villa is a mere 5 minutes walk from Kalamar Bay beach club, and 20-25 minutes walk from Kalkan's old town, the marina and shopping.

Lower ground floor:  
This villa offers the opportunity to swim indoors and outdoors - the leisure area of this villa offers indoor pool, sauna and games room    
 
Double bedroom and en-suite facilities (please note that this bedroom is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, so therefore, it’s not suitable for unaccompanied young children). This bedroom has a terrace area 
 

Living area:  

The open plan ground floor living area provides a beautifully decorated living room, dining area and a stunning kitchen with an additional cloakroom at this level 
 
The living area is furnished with lounge seating for all guests plus a dining table and chairs - the floor to ceiling glass draws your eye to the pool terrace where your infinity pool and outdoor dining area awaits. The pool terrace wraps around the villa and is provides plenty of seating, sunbeds and shade along with a BBQ and comfy seating area  

First floor:  

There are two beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms on this floor - on is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from sea view balconies  

Second floor:  

This floor provides expansive space for the master bedroom and a large furnished balcony with Jacuzzi. It offers fabulous views and a private terrace with panoramic views

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
